The AADA 2010 Conference was held at Hyatt Coolum recently. Delegates generally spoke highly of the hotel facilities, golf, spa, lecture program, entertainment and scenic setting. Watch this space for the AADA conference in 2011. It is set to be an exciting event.
This is a friendly reminder to all members to inform us of any cancellations of attendance to AADA dinners, conferences or events as soon as possible. This helps with bookings. Most venues are inflexible with costs and non-attendance must still be paid for by AADA. The conferences and events are subsidised heavily by AADA, thus although members may still pay for some events, please keep in mind that AADA will also be at a financial loss with non-attendance.
The AADA committee is proud to announce that the 2012 ACCMA Conference will be hosted by AADA in Singapore, in conjunction with the College of Family Physicians Singapore. This will be held over Easter in early April 2012 at Resort Worlds Sentosa, the new Singapore theme park. We hope that you will be able to come. Further information will become available closer to the date.
